Simone Biles’ Difficult Childhood

Before becoming a successful athlete, Simone Biles faced a challenging childhood. She and her siblings often went hungry, and their mother struggled with substance abuse. Eventually, they were placed in foster care. Thankfully, Simone and her sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents, Nellie and Ronald Biles, while their other siblings found a home with their aunt.

Simone’s love for gymnastics began when she visited a local gymnasium on a field trip. Her natural talent was soon recognized by professionals, paving the way for her incredible career. Throughout her journey, Simone’s parents have been her biggest supporters, providing the stability and encouragement she needed to thrive.

A New Chapter in Simone Biles’ Life

Simone Biles recently tied the knot with NFL player Jonathan Owens in two separate ceremonies. The couple had a simple civil wedding in the US, followed by a more elaborate destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They now reside in Simone’s beautiful Houston home, which has a modern and minimalist design.

Although her parents, Nellie and Ron, may not find her home to be their preferred style, Simone’s house holds sentimental value to her. She purchased the property in 2019 and often shares glimpses of it on social media. Her fans enjoy seeing her black-and-white interior, spacious living room, and stunning pool area with swings incorporated into the backyard table set.

Simone and Jonathan have also revealed that they are building a new home together. The construction began in January, and the completion date is yet to be announced. In the meantime, they continue to enjoy their time at Simone’s Houston property.

Living in Houston, which is both Simone and Jonathan’s hometown, allows them to feel connected to their roots. Simone’s parents have even built their own gym, the World Champions Centre, to support her gymnastics career. With her loving family, dedicated boyfriend, and unwavering passion for her sport, Simone Biles is expected to continue dominating the gymnastics world for years to come.
